After growing the UK business to almost half the group’s global revenues, Stephen then moved to Frontwire where he continued to be instrumental in the development of the commercial email market in the UK, representing his clients’ interests at the start of the DMA’s Email Marketing Council.

Stephen’s marketing expertise also includes experience of managing e-commerce businesses. After managing the development and marketing of a number of e-commerce sites including Argos Additions and Fat Face, he took on the launch of The Beauty Room bringing it to a 1/4 million turnover in less than a year.

He continued to use his experience of online retail, and high volume online consumer communications at ipoints.co.uk, doubling the member base of this online loyalty business before its sale to the Maximiles Group in 2006.

Stephen has a passion for bringing the best performance to any online business through exacting standards of best practice. He continues to develop a number of media and e-commerce properties in his own right to keep up with the latest knowledge in a fast developing industry.
