The tool is designed for businesses that do not need complex and heavily designed email campaigns but who still wish to communicate and market to their customers by email. We provide a simple interface for you to add text and images to your campaign in an attractive branded template. We send the campaign and you see detailed reports of who has opened and clicked on your campaign.

Keeping you safe from spam complaints

As we are also a large email campaign manager we are able to maintain relations with companies like Hotmail and AOL. Through a direct feedback loop, we can automatically detect if any of your recipients mark your email as "junk". As soon as we receive this as a "spam complaint" we instantly change the the recipient's status to 'Unsubscribed'. This means you will no longer be able to send any campaigns to that individual, and you are protected from being labelled as a "spammer" in the long term. We also remove emails which are returned as unknown addresses, another sign that Hotmail looks for when identifying spam.

Setup & Template Design

We will start off your first newsletter campaign by designing a template that reflects your company’s brand and can be used in all future newsletters. We will also provide you with a simple signup form (for new email addresses) for you to add to your website if you wish. Any existing email addresses can be added to your account. (NB we operate a strict opt-in policy for email marketing, make sure these people have given you’re their permission to receive email marketing from you) Cost: one-off fee £350

Campaign Send and Reporting.

Our fees are simple. Each time you send your newsletter we charge £10 for the reporting and list management (e.g. dealing with unsubscribe requests and expired addresses) associated with each newsletter. We charge 3p per email sent. e.g. if you send 1,500 emails, your cost will be:

Total£55.00

There are NO ongoing fees. You only pay for the system as you use it.

If needed, we can write your email newsletter according to your objectives, we can also find suitable images to make your newsletter more visually attractive.

Newsletter Setup

The service is designed so you can create your own newsletters using a simple step-by-step tool, but if you're too busy or don’t feel confident doing this we can set up and send your emails for you for a small fee.
